Jaison Muvevi is now in court and has raised a number of complaints Jaison Muvevi said “they added another pair of handcuffs on me and hanged me on a bar, l did not sleep, l want legal representation.”
Muvevi says he wants to go straight to remand and not into police custody as he fears torture. His lawyer also said police wants to force him to confess
Police has been granted warrant for further detention. Back in court on 20 Jan.
Detectives ask for more time with Muvevi.
